Pavitra Holistic Therapies
Hi,
Totally new to this - having been dragged kicking and screaming into the world of blogs (much to my teenage daughter's disgust as I should live in a cupboard and only emerge when she needs feeding -or money of course!)
In short, I am a Nurse turned Complementary Therapist, living and working in the village of Overseal near Swadlincote in South Derbyshire - in the Heart of the National Forest. I have worked in the village surgery for the past 17 years, and been very aware of the impact that stress has on our mental and physical health - and the unique role that complementary therapies have in stress management. I am passionate about the clinical, therapeutic use of essential oils and the "healing arts" in general. http://www.pavitraholistics.com
I am also an Baby Massage and Baby Yoga Instructor - http://cuddlesnchuckles.com
I am married with two children, a Jack russell, a hamster, two goldfish, a friendly pheasant and a garden full of bird feeders and hedgehog boxes (and weeds)!
